Yesterday's service was typical -- it was the yearly "tune up" for our Trane A/C. The service technician, Marcus Platt, a very polite young man, arrived on time and got right down to work. Since he had serviced our home in the past, he already knew our physical set-up and needed no further instructions. He worked about 45 minutes servicing my unit, cleaned up afterwards, and then reported that he had found no problems and that my unit was in good shape. When he left, he took care that his truck avoided our shrubbery. I like and trust the ClimateCare people, and will continue to call upon them for my A/C needs.”
